Tina Davis

My name is Tina Davis, and I am the Mid-Large Group Account Manager at Marc Rheingold and Associates, where I have had the privilege of serving our clients for the past 18 years. Throughout my career, I’ve developed a deep understanding of group insurance benefits and stay up-to-date with industry changes, including insurance requirements and compliance. I find great satisfaction in assisting both business owners and employees with their insurance needs and ensuring they have the support they need.

Before joining Marc Rheingold and Associates, I began my career at Miami Children’s Hospital, where I worked in the Registration/Insurance and Human Resources departments. I also gained valuable experience at Macy’s in their Human Resources department, directly interacting with employees and their benefits. These experiences have given me a well-rounded perspective on the complexities of benefits administration.



I’m a native Floridian and currently live in Pembroke Pines with my husband, two dogs, two cats, and two birds. I also have a son, daughter-in-law, and two beautiful granddaughters who bring immense joy to my life. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, tackling DIY projects, and, of course, decorating for every holiday. Planning and hosting parties is another passion of mine—there’s nothing like creating a memorable experience for friends and family.
